Peter R. Salmon, President & Chief Executive Officer, brings more than 30 years of experience in the home inspection industry to his leadership role with the Home-AlyzeŽ home inspection franchising system. To date, Peter has performed several thousand pre-purchase home inspections. This, combined with his business education and previous experience as a builder on a wide variety of projects, has provided Peter and Home-AlyzeŽ with a proven inspection system addressing all facets of housing construction. In 1993, Peter received the CAHPI Award of Merit for his contributions to the home inspection industry in Canada. He was founding president of the Canadian Association of Home Inspectors (now CAHPI) in the Prairie Provinces and founding co-chair of the National CAHPI. As the demand for quality home inspection increases, Peter’s commitment to performance and customer service sets this company apart from others. In addition to Home-AlyzeŽ, Mr. Salmon is committed to the community, donating time and expertise as a board member with Habitat for Humanity, which is dedicated to helping lower income families realize home ownership. He is also a board member of the Canadian Franchise Association.
Tracy Lonnen, grew up in the home inspection industry. She has more than 17 years of industry experience and brings to Home-Alyze franchisees an in depth knowledge of what works, and what doesnt, for home inspectors in First Contact. Tracy knows the value of and strategies for connecting with customers, and the need for franchisees and the overall company to work in harmony to achieve mutual performance and relationship goals. She is dedicated to the ongoing success of every Home-Alyze home inspection business.
Kim Bourque, Business Division Manager, has over 33 years experience in all facets of the administration field. Kim provides excellent operational support services and is a big part of the support team at Home-AlyzeŽ.
Ron Gullickson, Technical Advisor, provides technical support, research and development and consults on timely modifications to the Home-AlyzeŽ Profile and Assessment Reporting system. Ron has a long and distinguished background in housing construction, renovations and inspections.
Andrew R. Robertson, Corporate Solicitor, received his Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of Ottawa and is a partner in the international law firm of Macleod Dixon LLP. Andy practices with their civil litigation group in the areas of real estate, employment law, and other business matters. He has worked with Home-AlyzeŽ for over 20 years and is very familiar with the home inspection industry, keeping the team up-to-date with precedents, resulting changes in litigation factors and contract terminology. Andrew’s experience as a Presenter, Instructor and Lecturer make his abilities to provide support and instruction on legal matters very valuable to the Home-AlyzeŽ operation.
James F. Maxwell, Corporate Solicitor, works with Andy Robertson. Jim conducts a general litigation practice which includes employment, insurance, corporate, environmental and oil and gas matters. Jim has appeared before Assessment Review Boards, Municipal Government Boards, Workers’ Compensation Board, Energy and Utilities Board, Provincial Court of Alberta, and Alberta Court of Queen’s Bench. Jim joined Macleod Dixon LLP in 1997. Prior to pursuing his laws degree, Jim worked in the field of range management.
Janet Willson is a communications consultant with extensive experience and expertise in the development and implementation of strategic communications and marketing plans for organizations and entrepreneurs. Branding, issues identification, special events and promotional campaigns are all a strong part of her portfolio. Janet and her colleagues at insight communications are committed to helping Home-Alyze achieve and exceed our business goals.
