Tracy Lonnen Tracy Lonnen, President and CEO of Home-Alyze has a long history with the day-to-day operations of operating the company and was promoted to the position of President and CEO in August of 2011. With Tracy’s 18 years with the company she was a natural fit for this position. With her in-depth knowledge of what works for home inspectors through First Contact and the strategies for connecting with customers along with the needs of individual businesses and the overall company she is successfully working to achieve a balance of mutual goals for the Home-Alyze organization. Tracy has dedicated herself to the ongoing success of every Home-Alyze home inspection business.

Peter R. Salmon Peter R. Salmon, the Past President and CEO, is now Home-Alyze’s Consultant and Technical Advisor. Peter Salmon founded Home-Alyze in 1978 and started the Home Inspection industry in Western Canada. Peter was also the founding President of the Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors in the Prairie Provinces and founding Co-chair of CAHPI National. With Peter’s many years of experience in the home inspection industry, business education and previous experience as a builder on a wide variety of projects, Peter is an excellent ongoing resource for Home-Alyze.

Kim BourqueKim Bourque, Franchise Division Manager, started her career over 35 years ago as a junior clerk for the Air Force Reserve and eventually secured a more senior position with Corrections Canada where she assumed the duties of acting Personnel Manager. Kim moved to Calgary and took her training to become a mortgage agent. While employed in this field Kim became interested in the law and went back to school to obtain her Paralegal Certificate and subsequently obtained employment in the legal industry. With her extensive background, Kim provides strong operational support services and is an important part of the support team at Home-AlyzeŽ.

David MelcoskyDavid Melcosky, Franchise Consultant. As a former Home Inspector and Home-Alyze Franchise owner, Dave brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the home inspection field. A firm believer in the franchise system, Dave was one of the original partners in the Re/Max Realty franchise in Brandon, MB. With Ten years of experience as a Real Estate Broker, 35 years of combined sales and marketing experience, and good working knowledge of the home inspection industry, Dave brings a well rounded perspective on the franchise process.

Andrew Robertson Andrew R. Robertson, Corporate Solicitor, received his Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of Ottawa and is a partner in the international law firm of Macleod Dixon LLP. Andy practices with their civil litigation group in the areas of real estate, employment law, and other business matters. He has worked with Home-AlyzeŽ for over 20 years and is very familiar with the home inspection industry, keeping the team up-to-date with precedents, resulting changes in litigation factors and evolving contract terminology. Andrew’s experience as a Presenter, Instructor and Lecturer make his abilities to provide support and instruction on legal matters very valuable to the Home-AlyzeŽ operation.

Josh D. Sadovnick Josh D. Sadovnick, Corporate Solicitor. After graduating from the University of British Columbia and being called to the British Columbia Bar in 2005, Joshua has worked primarily in the area of corporate and commercial litigation, with an additional focus in labour and employment law. As part of his law school studies, Joshua participated in an academic exchange program to Australia and competed in the International Competition in Online Dispute Resolution as part of the Mediation Team Arbitration Team.

Janet Willson Janet Willson, in•sight communications owner, is a communications consultant with extensive experience and expertise in the development and implementation of strategic communications and marketing plans for organizations and entrepreneurs. Branding, issues identification and promotional campaigns are all a strong part of her portfolio. Janet and her colleagues at in•sight communications are committed to helping Home-Alyze achieve and exceed our business goals.

Britney Bresciani Britney Bresciani, New Wave Media Account Manager. Britney gradated from Mount Royal University with a Bachelor of Applied Communications majoring in Public Relations. Her previous client/work experience has allowed her to acquire expertise on a variety of different marketing and public relations initiatives including the creation of public relations campaigns, communication plans, research plans, new product launches, as well as website and corporate social media maintenance. At New Wave Media, Britney serves as the primary contact for the clients and is responsible for client satisfaction, account revisions, and the day to day communication to ensure all deliverables are completed to the highest level of quality. Representing client needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality, Britney focuses on effective two way communication. Britney also works on the strategic planning and writing of our clients marketing and communications plans, media campaigns, and SEO PR strategies.
