De medewerkers hier zijn zeer bekwaam en hebben het verhuizen heel gemakkelijk gemaakt. Eventuele problemen worden snel en efficiënt opgelost.

Wij waren met spoed op zoek naar een huurwoning. ProHousing maakte het hele proces ongelooflijk snel, soepel en efficiënt. Ze organiseerden bezichtigingen, faciliteerden ontmoetingen met de verhuurder en hadden binnen een week ons huurcontract laten tekenen. Dit niveau van efficiëntie was in onze situatie een redder in nood, en we zijn echt dankbaar voor hun betrouwbaarheid en behulpzaamheid. Sterk aanbevelen!

Zeer tevreden over hun diensten. Ze gaven me de gelegenheid voor bezichtigingen en hebben uiteindelijk een appartement veiliggesteld. In het bijzonder zou ik de tijd en moeite van Jaré waarderen om mij te helpen een gehuurd appartement te krijgen. Zeer betrouwbaar en zeer betrouwbaar. Zou het ten zeerste aanbevelen.

Ik heb een hele goede ervaring gehad met dit huisvestingsbureau. Vooral Levi heeft mij bij mijn zoektocht naar een appartement van onschatbare waarde, expertise en toewijding geboden. Ik zou Levi van harte aanbevelen aan iedereen die huisvestingsoplossingen in Maastricht nodig heeft.

Dankzij Pro Housing en de grote steun van Levi heb ik een leuk appartement gevonden in Maastricht. Bezichtigingen via Videocall waren eenvoudig en Levi stond altijd klaar om mij te helpen als ik vragen had.

We approached ProHousing with optimism and high expectations. However, our recent experience has left us deeply disappointed. We scheduled three property viewings, but faced multiple issues:
- Canceled Viewing on Cannerweg: An oversight meant the representative did not have the necessary key, resulting in a missed opportunity.
- Delayed Viewing on Kremersdreef: A misunderstanding led to a 15-minute wait, despite our punctual arrival.
- Canceled Viewing on Sint Martenslaan: Another canceled viewing due to scheduling issues.
While Brigitte from the team did try to address the issues, it was a disheartening day, especially after traveling from The Hague for three viewings and only getting to see one property. Due to these cumulative setbacks, we've opted to reconsider any property managed by ProHousing.
We hope sharing this experience can be a catalyst for better service in the future.

I moved to the Netherlands from North America, and Levi was kind enough to offer a virtual tour of the apartment I was interested in so that I could arrange housing before arriving. Having that arranged made the move a lot less stressful, and so I'd fully recommend ProHousing (and especially Levi as an agent), particularly if you're coming from abroad!

Be careful. Especially as a foreigner. Illegal contracts, very disrespectful, treating tenants as unimportant as opposed to landlords who probably pay them more. I lost 450 Euros to a greedy discriminating landlord who loved to go against the rules by disrespecting privacy. He and Pro-housing must know that this amount of money is not enough to get a lawyer to start legal action, it has to be 500 Euros. I am not going to stop looking for options how to get justice though. There is always a way. As a student now I really need the money. It makes me angry that the money I could spend on food went to an old Dutch greedy man who owns expensive cars. The Uitcheck documents are not signed by landlord and practically mean nothing. Those papers lack the energy meter picture at the start of renting, but included at the end of renting making it difficult to save myself from this scam. The contract itself was checked by lawyers and it is simply not legal, they state a lot of things which aren't possible to demand from tenants by law. I feel very disappointed by these workers as they are very cold hearted and they literally do not care about others. Just money. The Netherlands is a nasty place to look for a home where you won't be stressed 24/7.

This is the worst agency possible. Don't get fooled by the fake reviews, They never adhere to legal standards and also never get back to the mails you send them. Their only focus is obtaining payment, while they add unnecessary strain to all of us in the house when we are already dealing with our education. I would advise it very much to avoid renting from them. They are literally the worst.

Helemaal geweldig! Ik dank bij deze Mevr Vivy voor de snelle terugkoppeling. Soms toch handig om ook ff te bellen met ProHousing mocht je niet meteen een reactie hebben gehad van de verhuurder!

Fijn bedrijf, korte communicatie lijnen. En snel handelen.
Ik belde in eerste instantie voor een bezichtiging, daar waren al te veel aanmeldingen voor gedaan. Maar ik werd meteen gewezen op een andere woning binnen die prijsklasse. 1,5 week later was er een huurcontract! Zo snel kan het dus gaan!

Repair of my electric heating unit with a heating pomp came very quickly and in professional manner. That was very important for me and my family especially during the cold winter time. I really appreciate support given by your Team.
Special thanks for Michella for coordination and Nando who found plumber to immediately resolve complicated problem (at least for me) dealing with high end technology - heating pomp!

I want to thank Pro-Housing for a fabulous work!
Finding a flat in Netherlands these days can be daunting, with Funda and other sites, posts often outdated, with already 100 applicants.
Pro-Housing showed me flats that met my requirements and arranged a video visit for a very cheap fee.
I particularly want to thank Vivy M.for her availability, fantastic care, arranging keys handover and checking on a bank holiday!
I’ll definitely recommend Pro-Housing to anyone looking for a flat in NL!
