SARAH BEN THERE ARE 11 SEARCH WARRANTS LAID OUT IN HUNDREDS OF PAGES HERE. THAT DOCUMENT ISN’T EXACTLY WHAT INVESTIGATORS HAVE SEIZED AS EVIDENCE, INCLUDING JOURNALS THAT CLANCY ALLEGEDLY WROTE HERSELF. THE PLYMOUTH COURT CLERK UNSEALING SEARCH WARRANTS IN THE CASE AGAINST LINDSAY CLANCY. THE 33 YEAR OLD ACCUSED OF MURDERING HER THREE YOUNG CHILDREN IN THEIR DUXBURY HOME IN JANUARY. SHE TRIED TO COMMIT SUICIDE BY JUMPING OUT A SECOND STORY WINDOW. PROSECCO SHOOTERS CALL THE DEATHS PREMEDITATED. IN ADDITION TO KEEPING TRACK OF HER MEDICATIONS AND RESEARCHING WAYS TO KILL. NOW, CLANCY REMAINS HOSPITALIZED FROM INJURIES SHE SUFFERED FROM THAT FALL OUT THE WINDOW. Newly unsealed documents in the case of Lindsay Clancy, the Duxbury, Massachusetts, mother who is accused of strangling her three young children with exercise bands earlier this year before jumping out of a window of the family's home.Clancy, 32, was indicted last month with three counts each of murder and strangulation in the deaths of her 5-year-old daughter Cora, 3-year-old son Dawson and 7-month-old son Callan.Her attorney, Kevin Reddington, said his client had post-partum depression and was overmedicated at the time.Nearly 300 pages of documents released on Tuesday include 11 search warrants that were previously kept confidential. The warrants sought access to collect exercise bands, medications, phones, computers, notebooks, cameras, a bloody knife and other physical evidence from inside the Clancy home. Wood shingles from the exterior of the family's home were also collected.According to the documents, Clancy's notebooks contained documentation of her medications and thoughts of suicide. There's also mention that she used her phone to document her mental state and research ways to kill. Other evidence taken in the investigation includes samples of blood, urine and swabs from underneath Clancy's fingernails.During her arraignment in February, Assistant District Attorney Jennifer Sprague outlined Lindsay Clancy's day leading up to the evening of Jan. 24, when she is accused of killing her kids.Lindsay Clancy took her daughter to the pediatrician, played in the snow with her son and daughter, talked to CVS about stool-softener for children and asked her husband, Patrick Clancy, if he wanted to get takeout for dinner, Sprague said. She added people at the doctor's office, CVS, and the restaurant said Lindsay Clancy was coherent, did not appear or sound distressed, and her speech was not slurred. After picking up the takeout and going to CVS for the medication, Patrick Clancy returned to a silent home and found his wife bleeding outside. Patrick Clancy called 911 at about 6:10 p.m. "He called 911. During this time, he asked the defendant, 'What did you do?' She responded to him, 'I tried to kill myself and jumped out the window.' During the 911 call, Patrick can be heard asking the defendant, 'Where are the kids?' He later told police that she replied in the basem*nt," Sprague said, describing the audio recorded on the 911 call.
